| Mikes did an outstanding job. After taking my vehicle to a local dealer they gave me the run around on work required AND the price. After getting a second opinion from Mikes they identified not everything the dealership quoted me was needed and came in at HALF the price the dealership did. I will absolutely be using Mikes from here on out. |

| Mike's is a trustworthy business. I had an intermittent vibration, which I did not know the cause of. I brought it into Mike's and they drove it. They suspected it was in the transmission but suggested that since it was past need of flushing and putting clean fluid in with a preserving solution that that may take care of the problem. It did. I am happy. |

| You have apparently fixed the problem with the vibration in my SUV. You flushed the transmission and put in new fluid. I have not experienced any vibration since and I drove it to Berkely Springs and back yesterday with no problem what so ever. Thank you! |
