| I brought my Chevy Suburban in to have the water pump and rear main seal replaced. The water pump replacement was trouble-free from the start. However, the rear main seal replacement was not effective and the Suburban was leaking oil as badly as when I first brought it in. Without any argument or excuse-making, Mike's made it right. They performed the seal replacement a second time using an OEM part and the oil leak has been fully cured. I paid a bit more than I would have at other shops, but I doubt that I would have gotten the same level of service elsewhere. Definitely recommend. |

| Incredible quick service! Always do their fit me in even when they?re swamped. I use my truck to chase tornadoes out west every year so one small mistake and I could be in big trouble, but I have no worries with Mikes. They?re the only ones I?ve found (6 years of searching for a good shop) that has incredible customer service as well as quality of service, and they take pride in their work. They do Everything from a simple oil change to custom fab work! |

| Customer Service was outstanding. Felt welcomed and as if my needs were as important to them as they were to me. As a woman, I sometimes feel as if I am being taken advantage of when it comes to Auto shops, but these individuals made sure I knew exactly what was done and took the time to answer my questions. Finally, when a very minor issue occurred shortly after work was done, they had me come back, found the issue and repaired it quickly and without charge. I am very happy with the service I got at Mike's Tire and Auto and would recommend them whole-heartedly. |
