| The staff and owner are outstanding to work with. Very reasonable pricing and great work. I have had my 2005 Chevy Truck in a few times for servicing I am very satisfied with the work and the results. Also had my engine replaced in my Buick the price was great and work was outstanding. | I'm very happy with the efforts all the Mike's Tire employees. I recently had an issue that was somewhat of a mystery and required a bit of investigating and exemplary work was done in light of a very busy garage. My only gripe was that after calling to inquire about the status of my vehicle I was assured it would be checked on and I would receive call back and I did not. Again somewhat understandable with a swamped garage. When I visited the shop to find out for myself, Steven was working late and took the time to explain to me what was going on and what the best course of action was. The next day Bob also explained everything to me and helped me on my way. I really appreciate the help. |
