| I'm very happy with the efforts all the Mike's Tire employees. I recently had an issue that was somewhat of a mystery and required a bit of investigating and exemplary work was done in light of a very busy garage. My only gripe was that after calling to inquire about the status of my vehicle I was assured it would be checked on and I would receive call back and I did not. Again somewhat understandable with a swamped garage. When I visited the shop to find out for myself, Steven was working late and took the time to explain to me what was going on and what the best course of action was. The next day Bob also explained everything to me and helped me on my way. I really appreciate the help. |

| Long time customer mostly for tires and inspections. All good work and few problems. Friendly and courteous staff. Parking lot frequently gets crowded. Would definitely recommend to my friends. |

| Everything went well, however I thought that some of the services performed was way too expensive, including 24 dollars just to change a 3rd light light bulb. The cover just pops off. Shouldn't have taken long to replace. |

| The car engine light is still on after waiting for three days to get the car repaired. Vapor solenoid was install and then hood cable also was installed, hood cable worked fine the day before Tyler opened and closed it. On the work order the ticket did state about the key fob not connecting on dash light and key fob was used in emergency mode and still used in emergency mode now.. Over six hundred dollars spent to still not have engine light gone off dash. |

| While I have used your services in the past and have been very happy, this past visit was not good. I had an appointment for 8:0am on Tuesday for an oil change. My car was not serviced or ready until 24 hours later. I called several times to check on my vehicle and was told it was not ready with no explanation. I understand that you are very busy, but there is no excuse for having to wait 24 hours for an oil change when an appointment is made. The most upsetting part is the fact that the person had no explanation for the delay or that he really didn't care. |
