| While I have used your services in the past and have been very happy, this past visit was not good. I had an appointment for 8:0am on Tuesday for an oil change. My car was not serviced or ready until 24 hours later. I called several times to check on my vehicle and was told it was not ready with no explanation. I understand that you are very busy, but there is no excuse for having to wait 24 hours for an oil change when an appointment is made. The most upsetting part is the fact that the person had no explanation for the delay or that he really didn't care. |

| Completely disappointed and dissatisfied with this shop. When I left a review on another site the owner replied to my review with a bald face lie . Go elsewhere! |
