| Work was scheduled at my convenience. Anthony answered all my questions, presented information that I coukd understand. No unnecessary work was recommended. Work was completed in the time I was told. Prices are in line with other local shops. Tge atmosphere was friendly and casual. |

| I'm an old do-it-yourself hotrodder from way back, so I don't visit an automotive repair/service facility very often. However, every occasion I have to visit Mike's Tire and Automotive center I'm refreshed on why I do in fact go there rather some other facility when needed. Jimmy, co-owner and manager, has a gift of evaluating his crew of real people, motivating them to excel and to try to be the best they can be at their chosen profession and at life in general. I can't say enough good things about Jimmy, Patty(co-owner), and the entire crew working there. |

| I've been going to Mike's for a long time. Always great service. Last week I stopped by for an inspection. They told me they have been slammed and have been taking appointments since last November. They said they were taking appointments for next week, but still managed to squeeze me in, and it only took a half hour. Good folks! |
