| We've been going to Mike's for years, not just for tires, but for other services, too. They're friendly, fast, and we've never had a problem with their work. I usually take a book and wait for my vehicle and it's typically ready in an hour or so. |

| The staff has always treated us and our vehicles really well. James has been our preferred mechanic there. They recently did an emergency starter replacement on our Camry-the day before a cross country move, if failed...same day they got us back on the road. They will be hard to replace for sure! |

| I brought my Chevy Suburban in to have the water pump and rear main seal replaced. The water pump replacement was trouble-free from the start. However, the rear main seal replacement was not effective and the Suburban was leaking oil as badly as when I first brought it in. Without any argument or excuse-making, Mike's made it right. They performed the seal replacement a second time using an OEM part and the oil leak has been fully cured. I paid a bit more than I would have at other shops, but I doubt that I would have gotten the same level of service elsewhere. Definitely recommend. |
