| I stopped in a week before my car was in the shop, thinking I had an issue with my tires. My low pressure light came on and tires were less than 6 months old. Mechanic took it back and explained 2 sensors were dead and other 2 going bad. Was planning on making an appointment to get sone work done and they said they would take care of everything during the appointment. Dropped my car off and picked it up right when I had planned on having it back. The staff is always friendly, helpful and courteous. I never feel like they are telling me work needs done just to jack my price up and treat me like a dumb female who knows nothing about a car. They take the time to explain things |

| Mike's fitted me in on very short notice for a tricky dead battery replacement that AAA's battery truck couldn't handle, and I didn't even have to wait very long for them to complete the work. Above and beyond. Thanks, gang! |
