| Took my truck to Mike's Tire to more or less complain about how noisy my almost new tires were. Bob looked at them and told me he hadn't had other comments about that model of tire being noisy. He then had Jimmy look at them also. Jimmy suggested we take a ride so he could hear what kind of noise they were making. Within a quarter mile, Jimmy diagnosed the problem as a wheel bearing problem and not a tire problem at all. Long story short, Mike's replaced the bad wheel bearing, the noise is gone, and the truck drives better than ever. Once again they have proved they deserve my business. |
